Helichrysum italicum, from Rocky Mountain OIls, is one of my favorite essential oils. It cost more, but worth every penny. Just rub a couple drops on the effected area. You probably would want to start out with a less expensive alternative like Tension Release or Relieve Me.

Regular exercise can ease neuropathy pain. Thirty minutes of exercise five times every week is a good goal. Break exercise into smaller chunks of your time if needed. You can begin slowly and work your way up.And also massage the affected areas. This can be done yourself or have somebody get it done for you. Rub the affected areas down in a gentle, circular motion. Do not do it so hard that you simply feel pain or discomfort. Massage improves circulation and eases nerve pain. You may purchase foot and hand massagers for use at home at the same time.
Hi friend,
Neuropathy, can get some relief (and potential nerve repair) from essential oils. However depending on the cause of the Neuropathy and extent of nerve damage determines the amount of relief and length of oil usage. I\\\'m sorry that you experience this kind of pain.
I have found that Ginger Essential oil is stunning for inflammation pain (topical use on affected area(s).
& for regeneration purposes: Erigeron (aka Fleabane) as it stimulates human growth hormone.
Others that can assist the pain are: Nutmeg, Thyme, Clove, Goldenrod, Helichrysum, Blue yarrow, Peppermint, Geranium, and Lemongrass.
Now you don\\\\\\\'t have to pick up every single bottle just start with one and see how it feels and then combine if you feel so inclined as well.
On the supplementation side of things: B vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium and organic sulfur are beneficial in repairing nerve damage. These also prove immense relief from inflamed nerves.
For long-term usage and care It would also be a good idea to seek the help of a qualified aromatherapist and/or Holistic Health Professional. I favor Professional Energy Kinesiologists, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths, Herbologists & Classically trained Homeopaths. Not to say that you need to make a visit to all of the professions listed above - just find one in your area who you resonate with and go from there.
I also the Rocky Mountain (RMO) Essential oils for the high quality and therapeutic grade. But all of these oils can be purchased from several different essential oil companies. I would encourage the use of only Organic standards and Therapuetic grade though.
Some blends options for this type of pain are:
Relieve Me - Rocky Mountain Oils
PanAway - Young Living Oils
