Oregano Essential Oil

Recommendation not to use too often. How often is too often?

  This is my suggestion since Oregano is such a powerful oil just 3 drops in a capsule along with some olive oil for several days and then take about two weeks off before doing it again if needed.  This is a very hot oil to take so be sure and dilute it.
