Oil blends for Menopause symptoms & Migraine helpI need to know if you have a oil blend for menopause symptoms, and some info on how to use it the best. I get some really bad headaches that I use straight peppermint oil on the location of the pain, my temples and the base of my neck. It does help a lot. If you could please get me some information, I would appreciate it.

The Peppermint is good to help. Again I have to mention that when there is a headache it is definitely a red light that something isn\'t right in your body. The first thing I would do is to drink at least two glasses of room temperature water then there are several oils you can apply across the forehead, temples, and on the brain stem (it\'s at the center of the back of your neck). I suggest using the quality Rocky Mountain Oils if you want the best results. The oils of Energize, All Around Plus, Relieve Me (is exceptional), Helichrysum, Marjoram, Peppermint, Lavender, and Rosemary may all be beneficial.
As a Handwriting analysis there is a handwriting technique that has the ability to relieve headaches. Just very simply - take the pen in your LEFT hand and make a full page of up-down-up-down-up-down, etc. so it looks alike a lot of W\'s hooked together (WWWWWWWWWWWWW). Do it row after row until you have a full page. Try it I have had a lot of success with this.

Hi Friend,
There are a few simple things that you can do to relieve menopause symptoms. From my angle - I have helped numerous women with relieving menopause with \"Vitex essential oil\" as well as Vitex herbs (in capsule form internally).
For the first month just rub 2 - 5 drops of the Vitex oil over your lower abdomen once a day. If you have sensitive skin use carrier oil such as coconut oil to prevent irritations. I do not use carrier oils personally - but are useful for alot of people. I find that it penetrates quicker with out a carrier oil.
Then as symptoms lessen - then gradually lesson your dosage to once a week. To now what I use is only as needed. This is not a life-long supplementation - treat it with respect & follow through with a qualified practitioner for long-term care.
For brands I favor Rocky Mountain Oils for the Vitex essential oil
In Rocky Mountain oils blends they have PMS away – which can be an excellent supplement with Vitex.
For headache relieve here are some single as well as blends that promote relieve quickly:
Singles: Idaho Tansy, Roman Chamomile, Peppermint, Lavendar, Basil, Rosemary
Blends: Energize, and Vitality
& Solary for the Herb in capsule form - minimum 2 capsule 3 times per day. But follow through with a qualified practitioner for dosage recommendations and long-term use.
